Trip Planning Fee Agreement
In order for us to begin the professional services required to plan and arrange your travel, a non-refundable Trip Planning Fee of $300 per room is required. (*A discount will be available to families -immediate only- who cannot fit in one room)
Travel planning involves extensive time and research and is based on years of personal experience and professional expertise. Research includes, but is not limited to; destinations, hotels, car, air, excursions, and tours. Suppliers may be contacted, transportation arranged, and itineraries created. Your final itinerary and documents are designed to provide as positive an experience as possible, given any unforeseen events that are associated with and can happen during travel.
Once your travel is planned, you may then review your itinerary, and inquire about any modifications you would like made.
Should you choose not to book your travel with us, the Trip Planning Fee will be retained by Pixie Dust & Paradise Travel as payment for services rendered. Pixie Dust & Paradise Travel strives to plan vacations that will “Create Magical Memories That Last A Lifetime…”
Please note that research will not begin until payment is received. We accept credit /debit card payments through Square and PayPal, (please note there is a service charge added in if you use Square/PayPal) or you can make a payment via Zelle, Chase Quick Pay or Venmo. Kim DalPonte-Owner-Sr. Consultant-$300 (higher for Europe and FIT'S) Groups: discussed on consultation call.
If you already booked your Disney vacation, but would still like assistance with planning, that ia a flat fee of $450.
Marguerite Duignan-Jr. Consultant-$150
Angie Kozel-Jr. Travel Consultant-$150
