Professional Trip Planning Fee Agreement

For us to begin the professional services required to plan and arrange your travel, a non-refundable Professional Trip Planning Fee is required. This fee is for planning and research, and does not apply towards your trip. Pricing varies - trips start at $300 (per room), if you opt for plans without securing a package through us, the fee is $450. For a custom FIT (Fully Independent Travel) experience, the starting point is $500. Group & Destination Wedding quotes will be given during the consultation call.

Travel planning involves extensive time and research and is based on years of personal experience and professional expertise. Research includes, but is not limited to; destinations, hotels, car, air, excursions, and tours. Suppliers may be contacted, transportation arranged, and itineraries created. Your final itinerary and documents are designed to provide as positive an experience as possible, given any unforeseen events that are associated with, and can happen during travel.

Once your travel is planned, you may then review your itinerary, and inquire about any modifications you would like made. The first two modifications will be included. Anything beyond that will incur an additional fee. Should you choose not to book your travel with us, the Trip Planning Fee will be retained by Pixie Dust & Paradise Travel as payment for services rendered.

Please note that research will not begin until payment is received. We accept credit/debit card payments through Wave, PayPal or Square, with 3.9% surcharge. We also accept Zelle, Venmo, and Cash. (You can also pay via check, if necessary. Please make your check payable to Pixie Dust & Paradise Travel, Inc., and call 773-429-9166 for mailing address. Work will not begin until check is processed)

I agree to the above terms and conditions, and authorize Pixie Dust & Paradise Travel, Inc. to begin researching my travel plans. I agree that should I decide not to continue with the travel arrangements the agency has presented, or I book my travel elsewhere, Pixie Dust & Paradise Travel retains the non-refundable Professional Trip Planning Fee for services rendered.


Fees to work with each consultant are as follows:

Kim DalPonte-President/Sr. Advisor-starting at $300 

Europe and FIT'S: starting at $500

Groups and Destination Weddings: will be discussed during the consultation call.

If you already booked your Disney vacation, but would still like assistance with planning, that requires a flat fee of $450. Other trips plans may be more or less, please inquire within.
